What You’ll Do
- Design, deploy, and configure servers, storage, and network infrastructure for client environments
- Set up and manage on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Monitor server health, backups, and storage capacity, resolving issues before they become downtime
- Provide AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) support — scheduled maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting for existing clients
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations, including cloud migration projects
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other core networking hardware
